I am obsessed with lists. Well, since I am medicated for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, I guess that means that I'm officially obsessed with lists. Here is a Top Ten List of the Most Horrifying Moments in the Bible.

O, by the way, did I mention that I have OCD. If I didn't then I'll say it again. I have OCD. Really, I do. And if I wasn't writing poems then I'd be washing my hands all day.

I am hoping, if it hasn't happened yet, "Horrifying Bible Moments" becomes a "Jeopardy!" category.
PS As this blog hasn't been updated in eight months, looks like the book tour took you out of here, I am wondering if you're still reading comments.

Hey, Mr Alexie. I apologize if you've already answered this a million and two times, but what happened to Radioactive Love Song?

Oh, Mr. Alexie, you and I have so much in common. I've been designing a lesson for 8th graders on the author's craft, and I'm having students compare excerpts from "Indian Education," "Phoenix," "True Diary," and an interview you gave shortly after your National Book Award. I'm fascinated that, though I'm a white girl, my childhood wasn't all that different from yours. I, too, have four siblings, one who died of alcoholism and substance abuse. Until I started working on this lesson, I didn't know how similar (and yet how different) our experiences are. I grew up with an uncle who preached about stories like the ones in this link. And it's taken me a lifetime to find a god who's bigger than fear.

Great job on the blog, Sherman. Captivating title on this entry. I didn't know about ListVerse and can't wait to read more from them. Thanks for this and if I haven't mentioned this before to you (and I know I have not), I loved Part-time Indian. I'm heading over to Amazon right now and getting BLASPHEMY. Maybe I'll see you around the peninsula at a signing.

Wow--that list is horrifying! I would like, however, to see a follow-up list of the top ten funniest comments below that list. I could be mistaken, but I think Aussie Josh's comment on 06/23/12 "This site needs more boobs." and the follow-up replies to his comment would have to be #1 or darn close to the top spot.
